About

David Jefferis has created The English Eye to reflect England and Englishness.

Says David, “The English Eye represents a creative ‘Third Age’ for me. The first was spent in London, working in the world of Fleet Street journalism, using pen and ink to create infographics for national newspaper and magazine publishers.

“The second age was spent largely in educational publishing, making sci-tech books for well-known names such as Dorling Kindersley and Usborne in the UK, Crabtree and Scholastic in the US, plus dozens of foreign-language editions.

Tools that David uses change continually: "...Today I use cameras and computers as well as inks, paints, and pencils to make books. I also led a science expedition to research a mysterious Scottish legend. You can read about our findings in this ebook at Amazon, ‘The REAL Loch Ness Monster.’
